- You authorize Virginia Beach Timeshare, Inc. and/or the licensed broker/agent handling your posting/advertisement(s) to contact your resort on your behalf to confirm your ownership.
- You understand you will be responsible for a commission of $399 or 3% of resale price, whichever is greater, upon a successful sale(paid to the Licensed Broker/Agent handling negotiations of your timeshare resale on your behalf).
- If your week becomes unavailable for any reason, you will notify us immediately at [email protected] and/or notify the broker/agent handling your timeshare resale(once you submit your information and pay for your advertising fee, a broker/agent will contact you in reference to asking price).
- You understand a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent that may or may not be affiliated with Virginia Beach Timeshare, Inc. will coordinate the closing per your requirements and The licensed broker/agent will provide recommendations, but you are free to request a specific closing or title company(For Diamond Resorts, there are only a few closing companies that will handle the closings).
- Virginia Beach Timeshare, Inc. is not a Real Estate Brokerage. You understand a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent that may or may not be affiliated with Virginia Beach Timeshare, Inc. will serve as a broker/agent in all of its purchase and sale agreements, providing representation that includes: dealing fairly and honestly with both owners and buyers, accounting for all funds, presenting all offers in a timely manner, and maintaining limited confidentiality with the owner and the buyer.
- Virginia Beach Timeshare, Inc. or its contracted brokers/agents will not be responsible for any errors or omissions made by the resort management company in the course of completing the estoppel
